The Sun City West Tennis Club, with over 500 members, will be hosting its 33rd annual tournament from March 21 - March 25, 2018. This highly regarded event is open to all seniors age 50 and over and is one of the largest tournaments in the Southwest. We are currently seeking sponsors that would like to advertise their businesses with us and support this well attended event. We sincerely hope you will take advantage of this terrific opportunity! As a sponsor, Your Company Name will be proudly displayed:

  • On our website
  • On our entry forms and distributed at the R.H. Johnson courts during the tournament
  • A link to your business, with or without your logo, on our website if requested and provided


  • Your business’s coupon distributed to all participants (if supplied, need approximately 250)
  • Your company business cards available for participants to take (if supplied, need approximately 50)

Additional publicity opportunities are available at the following levels:

  • $100 & up - An invitation to you and a guest to attend our Wednesday evening catered dinner (incl. beer and wine)
  • $250 & up - All of the above + your company name printed on the back of our tournament T-shirts - A plaque to proudly display in your place of business
  • $375 & up - All of the above + your company banner prominently displayed on a main court
  • $500 & up - All of the above + space available at the complex entrance to sell or display your products
